Learning the skills to work with challenging presentations of trauma can be overwhelming - even more so in a large, chaotic environment. I offer intensive and focused trainings in a small group format, ensuring my trainees will be able to better apply these critical skills confidently, fluently, and ethically.
What to Expect?
My trainings are focused on providing concrete examples and ensuring that you understand the principles behind EMDR and the Adapative Information Processing (AIP) model- the research-based theory underlying EMDR. You will also receive individualized attention as your practice implementing EMDR as well as dedicated time to address your concerns and any challenges which you may encounter.
I’ve also provided a sample video from one of my recent cohorts This portion is me discussing the way our brain stores ‘normal’ memories compared to how our brain deals with traumatic material.
EMDR Basic Training
My EMDR Basic Training is my flagship program, designed to empower clinicians with the tools they need to transform their practice and better treat their communities. This training is offered both virtually and in-person

My EMDR Basic Training is limited to 10-20 persons to ensure learners are given the feedback and guidance needed to learn a new approach

The 10 hours of required consultation to complete the training are included in your purchase; my easy to use scheduling platform will make it seemless to find groups that fit your schedule.

The training materials I use are all evidence based. The process used to validate the effectiveness of EMDR is sound.
